A QR scan starts the welcome
The guest shows the QR code they received by email. Your team scans it, records their arrival and welcomes the next person.
Expected and arrived, in real time
The event list tells those who are expected from those who have come in. You search by name or by other fields, and see entry and exit times.

People Check in brief
How does People Check connect to my events?
People Check works with AppE20. The app shows guests who registered through an AppE20 landing page or were added in the event dashboard, with their check-in QR codes.
Which devices does it work on?
On Android, from Google Play, and on iPhone and iPad, from the App Store. The app is free.
Can I manage several events on the same day?
Yes: from the app menu you choose the event to work on and switch from one to another, even when there are several events on the same day.
Does the app also show exits?
Yes: in the event list, next to the entry time, there is also an exit column. So you can see at any moment who is still present.
