Numbered rows facing the stage, with aisles dividing the audience. For conventions, presentations and award ceremonies.
Arena · seating management
From the stage to the last row, plan how your guests will experience the event. Arena manages seating plans, tables and sectors, with automatic seat assignment and manual adjustments.
Room layouts
Start from a layout and adapt it to your space: numbered rows with aisles, tables and standing areas share the same floor plan. Capacity comes from the plan.

Rows of desks facing the speaker. For training, workshops and technical sessions.
Long tables with guests on both sides. For company lunches, team dinners and social moments.
One table with every participant around it. For small meetings, boards and private sessions.
Tables arranged in a horseshoe, open towards the speaker. For round tables and discussion sessions.
Round tables spread across the room. For gala dinners, client events and award evenings.
Standing areas with high tables. For receptions, networking and welcome moments.
Starting layouts to adapt to every room: rows, tables and seats are defined on the floor plan.
All features
Draw the floor plan once and reuse it event after event. Each day can have its own room.
Combine seating, tables and standing space in one plan. Aisles split the rows and guide the assignment.
The number of seats comes from the room: link the plan to the event and capacity updates on its own.
Arena prevents the same room from serving two overlapping events, so every seat stays with the guest who booked it.
Set aside areas for clients, press and VIP guests: each sector has its own seat quota and dedicated invitation link.
Every guest gets a seat on registration, based on sector and the room’s filling order.
Guests registering with others sit next to them: Arena keeps groups together while respecting rows and aisles.
Keep seats aside for speakers, partners or last-minute needs, noting the reason for each hold.
Your team moves guests when needed and finds the history of every change, on an always up-to-date plan.
Capacity and waiting list
Arena works with the registration landing page: available seats update with every registration and no room goes beyond its capacity.
Explore registration landing pagesGroups and companions
Guests can register with companions or invite a colleague. If the remaining seats are not enough for the whole group, they choose how to proceed.
Those who find a seat register right away, the others join the waiting list.
The whole group waits on the list and receives the offer when seats free up.
The group withdraws its registration, without holding any seats.

Ready to begin
