- Build the form in your browser. Choose fields and arrange them in the registration journey.
- Guide guests through the form. Separate details, activities and consent into clear steps.
- Show relevant questions. Fields follow the guest’s answers; location lists guide country and region selection.
- Help guests complete registration. Email, phone and required-field checks flag errors as guests complete the form.
- Revisit published versions. Review the page history and restore an earlier version.
- Multilingual. Italian and English are always available; additional languages can be enabled.
- Your brand. Logo, colours and event image; the landing page starts out light and visitors can switch to the dark theme.

Seats and capacity under control
- Up-to-date capacity. The system updates availability even when multiple registrations arrive at the same time.
- Capacity by event, day and time slot. Multi-day or shift-based events with a single form.
- Waiting list with automatic offer. If a seat becomes free, the first in the queue receives an email with the offer; anyone who cancels does so from the link in the email and the seat becomes available again.
- Activity choices. Workshops, visits, sessions: one registration, one QR code, schedule clashes flagged.
- Groups and companions. Manage several participants in one registration and check availability for the group.
- Team notifications. An email when seats are running low, when they sell out and when some become free.
- Online and desk registration. Registrations made by the welcome team update the same capacity as the landing page.

Room, sectors and assigned seats
Arena adds seating management to your event. Registration landing pages also work independently.
The room and allocated seating
- Reusable room layouts. Create a layout and reuse it across events, including different rooms on different days. Capacity follows the seating arrangement.
- Stalls, tables, standing areas. Numbered rows with aisles, tables and standing zones in the same plan.
- Sectors with a dedicated link. VIP guests, press and customers: each section has its own capacity and invitation link.
- Automatic assignment. Section and registration order guide allocation. Groups and accompanying guests stay together; guests awaiting a seat remain visible in the dashboard.
- Tracked reservations and moves. Seats set aside with a reason; every move leaves a trace.
- Every registrant with their seat. Sector, row and seat are assigned at registration and you find them in the panel, ready for check-in.
